This app is amazing. It cheaper and has more functions than any of the other similar ones (even paid ones).
I had a small technical problem in the start but the support team got back to me really fast!
Pretty awesome :) I like the ability to give an incentive to sign up for email notifications...still playing with it but it looks like it has lots of features

i use this app to help with my email marketing . I like using Privy because of the different features they offer.
It's now been six weeks since I first contacted Privy support with an issue with their app: the integration with the email platform I use (MailerLite) doesn't work, meaning email addresses are not synced across when someone subscribes via a pop-up. This is pretty basic functionality for a pop-up app, but fixing it doesn't seem to be a priority.
Great app and easy to use. Start seeing some results after few weeks of using it.
Im starting to use it and its super friendly, thank you very much for supporting e-commerce and new users of shopify.

Interface is quite user friendly. Really easy to get started, especially with the templates, they give you a pretty good idea of how to make a pop ups.
I used this platform to help me gain sign ups and convert my cold audience into a hot audience with my email alerts and newsletters. I really like how I'm able to control what and how often emails are sent to my customers. The free shipping bar after spending 'X' amount has also helped a lot. I would recommend!
