I've been using a coupon code offer pop-up via the Privy app for Shopify since I launched my site. Really easy set up. I get five to ten new signups every week, and a few people have redeemed the "new customer discount" on their first visit. So far so good!
I love it! I install this app for our mailing list. As of now, I'm really liking it.
As a replacement for Mailchimp, it does pretty well. One qualm is how the email editor can take some time to get used to, and the in-app photo editing really needs a user-friendly boost. Other than that, it's been really helpful, and setting up campaigns and importing old contacts is pretty simple.

Amazing customer service! I was having an issue with an automated email being sent and Jose was able to fix the problem almost instantly.
We have been using Privy for nearly two years and each time I run into a small hiccup it is fixed quickly and properly.
So far so good, I'm just learning how to use it now.
This is my first campaign. It was very easy to set it up. I'm excited about how customers will respond to it.

Merchants can sign up for a free 15-day trial which gives you access to collect and send emails with no limitations on traffic or contacts. After your trial is over, you can continue growing on our Free Plan for up to 100 mailable contacts. Great app! The pop up already boosted my email lists!
Has almost everything needed to create perfect popups for signing people up. We had about a 10% Sign up of visitors on our first day it was setup. A possible feature would to permit faded box that can be layered over our background image yet be under the print to permit print to stand out more. (I created this darker faded area by using Photoshop in the areas I needed for my print to read more clearly) GREAT App!
