Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

Privy is a great app that will help you convert more of your visitors to customers. I really love it!

Nice and simple to get it up and running for my new store!

Setup takes a bit of time, but it's easy enough if you are committed. Seems like a lot of value with the free version.

I just got done setting it up, and so far so good. It took a little trial and error to edit the text on the pop up, otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.

Privy didn't work very well for us but I can see why it's popular. It's very affordable and easy to use, but sometimes that's at the cost of functionality-from major function of contact segmentation to really small details such as sending test emails to multiple emails or flexible scheduling based on contact time zones. Again, it's a simple solution for perhaps most small businesses on Shopify who cannot afford spending $100+/mo for <10k susbcribers.

My store is not open yet, however I can't seem to get my contacts you sign up for notifications on the shopify page to merge with Privy so that if they use the upper right hand corner sign up (privy) or the notification sign up of when we open (shopify) they will still receive the new customer coupon. Other than that, so far it is easy to use.

Great app. Seems to work as advertised, which is all we're looking for.

It was very easy to install and it is very intuitive. I learned very fast how to create and design my own campaign to boost my sales.
Overall good product
