not sure how to use it yet. it directed me here before i could test it
About to try the e-mail option, since MailChimp and Shopify parted ways. Ask me in a month or two how it went.
The popup is not showing up after being installed.
I'm finding this app challenging to use and navigate, I am frustrated shopify and mailchimp aren't integrated anymore. Hopefully the learning curve drops soon and I can get back to regularly scheduled emailing!

Have been using the free pop up and it's really good. Just started using abandoned cart emails , nothing to say about it yet. Therefore neautral review. And STOP asking to review your app every time I log in. It's annoying and as I can see you are getting a lot of less than positive reviews because of it. I will update my review later when I see how everything works.

istoo expensive and the free plan doesn't allow you to do much.
I haven't really had the chance to get to know the app very well before it's asking me to write a review. We have started a campaign to capture emails and so far it's fine. The popup works. But I am having a hard time tracking down the list of emails it has attained. It would be nice if those emails went directly onto my shopify dashboard instead of me needing to go into Privy to track them down.
I used this app for a pop up on my site. I found it a little confusing at first to re-design a custom design but eventually got the hang of it.
I just downloaded the app and I'm still setting up my store... so I'm not sure how well it functions, but setting up the email pop ups was very easy and their analytics reporting is easy to read and understand.
