So far so good! I setup our first campaign and it was very easy. You can really customize every aspect to how you want it to appear.

Great alternative to Mail Chimp. I've only used the free version and it's been pretty good thus far.

It's a great app, it does what it says it does.

Privy is user friendly and gives you lots of customisation features that makes your store look great.

Good app. However, customer service is terrible. I emailed twice and still no response after a few days.

Still getting to grips with things but initial impressions are very good, i'm getting more email signups than I was before and i'm sure this will increase as I make better use of the available features.

Great app! If only other apps/services understood the importance of good support and good design! Launched my campaign yesterday and it's definitely making a difference, people are subscribing and using their promo code increasing our sales! One side note though: they could improve their platform and make it more intuitive to use and navigate. The synchronization with other apps is a bit tricky, but as I said they were very helpful and answered all my questions so I didn't have to waste my time trying to figure out what to do. Thumbs up!

If you dont have Privy in your then I have no idea what you are trying to build here. I started with 0 subs to 9000+ subs. Nothing beats this.

I will highly recommend.

I was happy with Privy as it is quick and easy to use, in terms of being easy to use I am a complete beginner.
