I haven't used it on my website yet, but set up is straight forward. I will base the star rating on that aspect. I'll update my comments when I see it in action.

I just created my first welcome email and it was so easy. I am NOT tech savvy and this is pretty idiot proof. I have shopify for my site and the integration means NO CODING, which is the best part:)
