Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

Good app. However, customer service is terrible. I emailed twice and still no response after a few days.

Great app, easy to get up and running. Great customer support!

Had to turn it off because it wasn't syncing with shopify. Potetial customers saw wrong information and made me look like a liar or a cheat. Multiple emails and messaging and no reply. Even shopify reached out for me, and still no reply after a week. Caused us to waste money on a relate social campaign.

So far, so good! I'm using Privy with Mailerlite, and am pleased with the features. I published everything today!

Terrific! We are very pleased with the number of emails that our site is receiving, definitely a good app to have.

I think this app will become an important in our ecommerce success.

I'm just writing this review because it's required for setup. Haven't actually tried it myself yet, but I've heard good things about it.

It is a little early to review. So far, I can only say that it was simple to set up the pop-up box to collect subscriber emails, how well it works is yet to be seen.

great i love privy from the start it is so easy to use. highly recommended for new and old store owners.
