Beginning my experience with Privy presented some initial challenges. Additionally, the quality of the live chat support left much to be desired, costing me an excessive amount of time in search of answers. That said, the appointment of Henry as my dedicated specialist marked a significant turning point. With his extensive expertise, Henry contributed greatly to a better user experience. The application operates reliably overall but I believe there is considerable scope for enhancement.

Does just what it says. Pops and allows customers to add their email address. Once you have their address and it is synced with your email subscription service (Mailchimp), you can send them campaigns.

I love the fresh modern look of Privy. I've tried other apps but this is the easiest to use, the cheapest (it's free!!) and by far the best looking. Highly recommended.

Not a bad little add on to the site, disable emails though they always seem to be sending something.

Just using the simplest option to add to mailing list has made email acquisition so easy. About to up the game with a giveaway. Should produce even greater results.

It is too early to give a review. I have only set up the account. I will know more in 2 weeks after I have had time to use it. For current it is easy to use. Trying to figure out if it is beneficial yet.

Easy to use app. Curious, if an email has already been provided (on a previous visit), is there a way to recognize that user and not have the pop-up window reappear?

Great app. Great customisation but one flaw for free users.

According to Google new best practices, if customers go to your mobile site and the first thing they see is a popup, Google search ranking of your website will be affected. Unfortunately there is no option in the free version of the app to set it to show only a tab on landing pages and trigger popup on second page etc. It is just one setting for desktop and mobile. So you would have to sacrifice some trigger settings on desktop just to be complaint on mobile with Google.

Other popup apps such as better coupon box which is free have this option included. You can have the desktop settings but on mobile set it to only show the tab and no popup until the tab is clicked which works with Google and does not affect your site. Think think should be default for free users.
