In general it's a good app. However, it's insane that they don't let you enter your campaign when you need to upgrade your plan. Basically you are still paying but you can't view/edit your campaign any more. The pricing for pageview doesn't make sense too. It won't fit unless you are a shop with very minimal traffic.

Surprised Privy's prompting me for a review since they have just tripled what I was paying. It's well integrated into my site it so I am going to pay (a logic which I suppose they were banking on?) but it seems almost unethical to jack prices up to such a degree.
Seems nice. I'm reviewing so that I'll stop getting the "leave us a review" notice. Privy might be great, or it might suck. Don't know yet. 2.5 stars.
Pricing is better than a lot of other competitors but rightfully so...just not a good user experience and the aesthetic + default templates are very unappealing. I will be looking into alternatives soon.

The app just kicked me out and did not save me updates. I don't know what I did wrong, this was a waste of time if it did not connect to my store. The app kicked me out without saving my corrections to the pop ups.
I'm very new to ecommerce. I found it really good to use & going to Try out a few other features ... OMG I am having so many issues... I just trialled an abandoned cart and Privvy sent me 2 emails - my 1st Abandoned Cart email (after 1 hr which is the time I set) and my 2nd Abandoned Cart email at the same time which should be sent after 24hrs. I tried both coupon codes as I have set them up ... only to be told at check-out that "That code is not valid with this order" ... even though I hadn't changed that order .... phtttt!
Hate It! I wouldn't shop at my own shop!
so far so good ! I love it! I have not mastered it yet but im looking forward in using it more and seeing results.
User Interface is clunky, not very intuitive. I'm using the Free version, so hope that these issues wouldn't be as pronounced if I were to pay for a subscription. Editing forms crashes a lot, causing me to have to save every time I do a simple change. Useful and I guess worth every penny I've paid so far, although I've signed up for the $10 automation feature, and still don't have a clue how to use it or if it's really what I need. I don't find the support to be very informative either. I do get some signups, but few and far between. Could be because I can't get the forms to display correctly, or because I can't figure out how to make the interface less painful and frustrating. I would recommend you try out other, more sophisticated apps if you can't get the hang of this very quickly...
