Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

We love this app. It's easy to use and helps us capture new emails daily.

Such an easy app to use and love the features it offers. My email list has definitely increased after using this for only 3 months.

I am undecided about it right now because I have not had enough time to use the app thoroughly. I do know that it tells me to do this every time I go in and that is rather annoying so I am hoping if I leave a review it will stop doing that. I also get less than 1500 visits to my site but the app is telling me I will have to get off of the free plan but my google analytics shows 1.2k visits last month. I will leave the review at 2 until I have more time and they are able to help me understand the "free" option. I only plan to use the free option until I learn the program and have more traffic.

Really easy to navigate. Great options and great design.

Easy to install. Easy to customize.
Great features even on the free version.
Wish we could remove the tab for the popup, but otherwise, totally happy with this app for now.

EDIT : customer support is awesome. They contacted me literally 1 minute after my original post.
So seems I've missed the feature the all time :-)

Great app! Tried a lot of apps at first, this was the best option and yielded the highest signup rates.

really good app with good templates. very helpful support when needed. some intructional videos would be nice.

Great app! This is a must have for any estore.

I have used Privy in my store and have received only a few coupons for email sign-ups when I first set up my Shopify store last year. I just set one up again. I am going to give Privy another chance to see if works better this time...and then I will determine if I keep it.

so far so good. Still have to test email campaigns etc.
