This product is complete garbage especially when one takes price into consideration. I mainly was looking for a product to send out newsletters and privy is near useless if that is what you are looking for. You can't manually add emails to your email list. You can't separate your clients into separate mailing lists, there is no way of resizing or adjusting images in your emails. Add to that I've currently been waiting 2 1/2 hours for my last marketing email to send and that customer service didn't seem too bothered by that and you have a pretty nice idea of what using privy is like. I can't believe they are attempting to charge for a product which is not yet fully developed.

worst app ever, collects customers numbers but you cant text them. i want a refund. easy to set up but thats it. mail chimp is free for email.

this review is part of the tutorial you have to walk through. haven't used the app much yet. don't know what they're hoping to get from this.

Design is good but my shopify customers would have terrible user experience if we choose the free plan. Tried signup campaign. The gray privacy label out of window and the fixed 10% OFF window are ruining user's shopping experience. I wish there were pics upload function here so every1 can see them.
You can do better, privy.

rubbish. burn out second time and installed again due to it's installation number. paid full amount. send email and receive no reply about how to get most out of it but nothing replied back.

You'll get someone blowing up your phone, email, facebook, instagram, etc as soon as you sign up. It was really annoying and that reason alone made me delete it.

I don't think the pop ups are working. I don't see any improvement on the sign ups even if I presented 20% to 25% discount. I don't know if it really has a pop up opt in page. don't recommend for now

This app is not my favorite. It isn't easy to understand or to manipulate within the designs. It is kind of confusing why you can't move the verbiage to any part of the photo within the designs. It just isn't working for me!
