I currently use this app to capture persons' email addresses to keep in touch with them by updating them about what is happening on the store by of offers, new products, etc... It works just fine for me.

Just starting but delighted that as a e-commerces site TheBaliBead.com I did not have to go through bunch of hassle getting an opt in added to my site. I was very worried at first as I am not too technical and I wanted to be sure that I would understand it.
I am happy that Privy makes it possible for me to stay in contact with the customer immediately.
Easy to set up :-) with good options with the free version.
Works very well. We have had a few issues with it not syncing to Hubspot.
It’s a great app but what would really help if an actual app to download on iPhone/iPad etc was available, this would help with navigation. I have just recently started using Privy so will require a little more time but another thing that would be helpful is along with the notification of a new customer signup it would be great to see the actual automated email the customer received for added reassurance. Just one last thing which I did reach to Privy Support for but not had a response and that was how to set my domain as the sender domain and not show up as Privy. I purchased my domain via Shopify so struggling to set the DNS setting - help on this would be very helpful.
