Privy is pretty easy to use, instructions are included, however got an error code 404 otherwise 5 star rating.
The popup to review is obnoxious, it's my first day using this app and cannot properly/honestly review it yet... However, so far so good. The app has all the email options i need.
I've been using this app since I first launched my store about 2 years ago, and it's absolutely incredible.

It is great tool but not very intuituve!
