Easy Set Up. Good Review Process and Analytics
Easy to use and integrates well with Mail Chimp. I attended a Privy Webinar today and it was the most informative, concise webinar I've been a part of; not merely an attempt to sell more product, it was a strategy and tip-filled 30 minute event.
very user friendly and simple to use. Harder to understand the billing and which package to select though.

Useful and essential to my store! I think the UI could use some work and a lot of items are not connected to strong stores
So far, so good. However, I can't customise the font colour on my pop up. Live Chat is not available on the weekend.

Application fairly easy to use, you still have to take the time to discover it and take a helping hand.

It's a bit fiddly, but once I got the hang of it it works really well and sits there doing it's thing without needing constant supervision or work.
