Outrageous fees. They will bind you into a contract for months and force you to pay a termination fee if you decide to switch.
Hi there,
Our billing team has checked with your customer success manager - we see you signed a contract for 12 months. After March of 2023, the paid plan will be moved to monthly and can then be cancelled. This will not cancel when changing to monthly, so please contact us at that time to help.
Please note, we do offer month to month plans and will never force a merchant into a contract. If you still need assistance, please email billing@privy.com.
Easy to install and works perfectly.
Support is low only because I've not had to use it.

Just started playing around with the app for our new web store. Looks promising, lots of option available.
Worked well and is simple to figure out.
The free options that this app gives you is awesome. I was looking for the best option for pop ups on the store and I found it!
