Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

Great setup with an easy interface. Waiting to see how it works

I initially reviewed Privy and warded 2 stars, now after more use 1 star is awarded.

It just doesn't do the basics right. Try and segment your Privy data and you are told to import from Shopify. The data is already in Privy. This is crazy and dangerous, creating more customer data on spreadsheets should be avoided.

On top of this, they've introduced a huge price increase because of all the functionality they have supposedly added.

Avoid, find something better.

ITs Free and that's nice the UX is decent and I am trying it out for the fist time. A bit heavy on the review notifications

Just started using it. Need to experiment more before i can say anything more about the app.

I like this app. It works pretty well. But the only reason I'm doing a review is that it harassed me so much for one.

I like the selection of pop up choices, discount codes that you can give away, and how it collects emails.

DON'T USE PRIVY! They are very expensive. The price start from $15, once you have more subscriber, they will charge you more. I paid $90 per month for being forced to choose a better plan plus paying for sending email to more subscriber. I was asking partial refund since I couldn't used the service during their website maintenance, the customer service was denying all these service was working while I had a copy of screenshot that it wasn't working. Then they just blamed my computer had issue, no matter what, they just refused to give a partial refund. Save your money, shopify email is enough for your need.

easy to use and install. many features to play with and works well for my website. recommended for sure.
