I have been working with Will Sagliano who has been wonderful! He understood what I needed to do and made it easy for me to merge my accounts into Privy to establish email newsletters. So far so good. I'm scheduled for a webinar to get started. I'll be in touch for sure...
Stumbled upon this app after trying few other popup email newsletter and I would say it's by far the most easy to use and is just what I've been looking for. Transfers customers to shopify with ease. Just wished I used it earlier as I would have gotten many more emails.
Super app, really nice and easy to customise and works a treat. Loads of options on where you want to have pop-ups, and best of all it's free. Will probably upgrade as soon as I start generating more traffic.
Made my store look legit and they were very helpful in showing me how to create popups and other things !
Privy really offers a great tool! No matter if its the first time you create a workflow or a pop-up, it's easy to set up and it gives a professional look to your site. I linked it to my previous mailing program and it works like a charm.
Easy to set up and lots of choices. Does what it says it will. I just set it up so I have not used it yet.

Being a brand new ecommerce business, Privy is an integral part of our marketing campaign! Collecting emails is one of the most important elements in growing our network and increasing awareness and Privy allows us to do that with its user friendly templates and easy coupon codes! Highly recommended to any startup business!
It's an okay application but has a CRUCIAL FLAW that makes it UNUSABLE for us. The popups are set to display on the order confirmation page which means right after a customer orders or every time they check the tracking on the order confirmation page, they'll get a pop up (asking for their email or offering a discount) which is very annoying and resulted in several customer complaints. A customer shouldn't be asked for an email or offered a discount code right after they've ordered and when they are just checking their tracking. There is no reason at all for the popups to display on this page and is a horrible design choice. Customer support also wasn't helpful at all.
