I thought I was happy with the email pop up app that I was using until one day it just stopped working. Support was taking too long to correct the problem, so I shopped the Shopify app store for a new solution and discovered Privy. WOW!!!! This app is fanTAStic! Set up was super easy, and the pop ups are customized and look terrific! Really like the confetti on the thank you page. Makes me happy! I was excited to see that I could link our Remarkety account to Privy, and we can even send out emails to new sign ups! Looking forward to seeing the reports! Thanks so much for an excellent app!

I have spent the better part of 3 hours searching for the right pop up software to use long term- after having downloaded a few I succame to Privy's slightly overpriced package. Worth the money. The ability to customise each pop up is worth the money alone.

I am having a problem with bots adding emails to my Privy sign up forms and customer service was excellent. They deleted bad emails for me and gave instructions hope to prevent it in the future. Highly recommend Privy for its' function, pricing and now customer service.
