I'm not a fan. A lot of functionalities and customisations are missing and I feel like every time I contact support to fix something, it can't be done.
I've been emailing back and forth to get my fonts fixed (it wasn't displaying the correct font on mobile) and to get my custom fonts installed for weeks and my website even froze because of this in the process... The abandoned cart email images ...

I was really hopeful about this app, but why charge $30/month which includes sending emails?!?!? Sending emails should be standard and included. This app is extremely expensive.

Setup is easy, and everything works as expected. However, with Google cracking down on mobile pop-ups/interstitials lately, I feel like disabling on mobile only should be a basic and therefore free feature... perhaps even the default, since I'm not sure why anyone would want to voluntarily get dinged by Google. I believe my account has been hacked. I am getting many signups that are not requesting them... this is very disturbing that there has not been anything done to fix the issue. I would appreciate if you would take a look to address this issue.

Difficult to use. Contacts not syncing and help desk was not useful. After several attempts my contacts are still not loading correctly and when I attempt to add one it says error.

its a little hard to type in the sections and a few things I have saved, aren't saved on the actual site its something totally different.
You cannot review an app if you just downloaded it. Be realistic and allow customers a 7 day to 30 day ability to review. Why lie and give any starts especially 5 star review just for downloading. Shopify needs to reign in these app developers. Everyone is hungry to make money and a sale. We will all get there, in the meanwhile slow the "f" down seriously. So far seems easy to download and setup. ...
Sometimes it doesn't go live or it'll only work on a mobile device and not a desktop.
There is a problem. the customer is not getting the advertised discount of 15% . They get 5% instead
