David Sanchez was an immense help in setting up our DNS. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. With his expertise, he guided us through the entire process quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure working with him, as he took the time to answer all our questions and ensure everything was running smoothly.
I highly recommend David and his support. If you're looking for someone who truly knows their stuff and offers excellent customer service, look no further!
Some of the quickest customer service I've experienced was from Jose at Privy. We had one minor issue and it was isolated and then rapidly resolved. This app has also helped tremendously with gaining new customers and customer outreach.
Privy has been a great tool to capture new email addresses. But more important than the app itself is the support. I can hop on to get chat support and everyone is super nice! If you don't have Privy, this is a *must add* to your store!
