Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

The more I stick with the app, the more I find new ways to use it. So many features, I feel like I discover something new all the time. I now have several automated email series working at once. And the data provided by Privy let's me know if I'm on the right track. Recently set up a few landing pages for my FB ads, quick and easy.
Super easy to copy and edit last week's Friday Flash Sale email, and Privy identifies engaged subscribers to send them to.
Projects can be as simple or complex as you wish. Highly recommend.

Easy to set up, great customer support, and enough features to support a modern business. I especially like the built-in conditionals offering fine-grain control over where the popups get displayed throughout our site. A+

I am having a problem with bots adding emails to my Privy sign up forms and customer service was excellent. They deleted bad emails for me and gave instructions hope to prevent it in the future. Highly recommend Privy for its' function, pricing and now customer service.

About 1.5 years ago, we made the switch from Mailchimp to Privy and it was such an upgrade! We implemented their website signup pop-ups and saw a dramatic increase in our daily subscriber growth. We set up all of our email flows and automations through the platform and they preformed strongly compared to when they were set up in Mailchimp. Our weekly email campaigns also performed much better, getting higher open rates and increased revenue. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, the customer service is unrivaled and their Customer Support Managers are always there for you to make sure your account is in excellent condition and to answer any questions you have along the way! I'm so glad we made the upgrade to Privy and look forward to continuing to grow with this platform! I highly recommend making the switch to Privy from whatever other email platform you're currently using, and request Henry to be your CSM when you're getting started, he's the best!
