I came to Jake and the team with a tall order. Our existing wholesale product was getting phased out and fast, and needed to get up and running. Issue, I'm not a programmer and while the videos are A1, for me it was a different language. I asked Jake if they had a paid configuration service and instead they quickly and efficiently got me up and running. There was an issue with how things were being displayed and again the team went in and fixed the CSS on the theme causing it.

Very early into my use of the app, but the support I received and what I'm seeing from the order form and setting up products I am confident this will meet my needs. I would recommend this app to anyone needing a wholesale solution with their shopify instance.
