I used this app to automate the process of selling my art prints from my Shopify store. I ran into a few issues with the pricing structure of the prints being different in the UK but the team got back to me within a day and went above and beyond to help me get it all set up and answer all my questions. Fantastic customer service! I have also received samples of the fine art prints and they are by far the best quality out of quite a few UK printers that I've tested! The app would be even more brilliant if you had the ability to download a csv of the orders which included the product image so that it could be used with the manual order form order import if you didn't want to have the whole process automated.
Overall I've had a great experience with the Prodigi app and 99.9% of the time, super customer service. I'd rate 5 stars except that to my knowledge there is still no "variant thumbnail" for products with various different crop ratios, or variant frame colours etc. Oh, and it would be great to have an option in app to order a test print. I believe customer service pointed me to their website to do this, but in app would be great. Other than that, happy with print quality, happy with dispatch time etc :)
Pretty good. They get my orders out on time, I do wish that we could bulk edit sizes instead of having to go into every product category and change it manually. My art is always the same size so it's tedious.
This was exactly the type of POD I was looking for. Easy Shopify integration, exceptional quality, you upload and adjust your art, set your price, select the products for your art, and publish to your store. Now, I'm able to focus more time on painting and marketing, and less on my POD. Thanks, Prodigi.
It's simple, logical, and easy to use. The step-by-step process works well. The finished product also delivers a top-quality product.
I wish I had found this app a LONG time ago! Fantastic support and very easy to use. I am looking forward to adding new products.
I like Prodigi very much. Their customer service is top notch and their print and products are good quality. Did I mention I LOVE the customer service?! With that being said, HOWEVER, this app could use some work. If you put an order in manually, whether as a sample or for yourself, there is no access to what is going on, on the Prodigi side. Once you hit "submit" you cannot check for errors or order progress. There is no way to see what is being charged until after it is done. There is no way to verify shipping. There is no way to see the order progress or find the tracking number. The link for the completed order literally takes you back to your own Shopify order page which asks for you to insert tracking number, but that is not provided on the order screen. With most of the other POD apps you can follow your order progress from beginning to end. With this app, there is no capability to do that. My suggestion is to make this app function more like the Prodigi dashboard, wo we can have access to all of the information we need, without having to send multitudes of emails to customer service. As we ae in the United States, and customer service is in the UK, there is a time issue with answers. So corrections or order oversight cant be done quickly. I have actually gone back and forth about reviewing this app because I think the customer service is some of the best out there, but after spending 20 minutes searching for my order tracking number and not being able to find one, prompted me to rate this app. My final thought is if you want great service, good products, much recyclable packaging and can handle the headaches that come with the incompleteness of this app go for it. I will hang tough, but think you should be prepared.
Great app, more reliable than most we've used to date. The ability for auto fulfilment to be off and a feature for orders, once paid for, reviewed and/or edited by us could then be then sent to Prodigi instead of automatically on payment would make it a 5 star App

I like Prodigi app very much. As an artist, I find it very simple and efficient. The quality of Prodigi prints is great too.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Absolutely appalling service, I've never known anything like it. I've had to order sets of prints four times now as they continue to arrive in an unusable condition, it's still ongoing and I'm still waiting for the next attempt to arrive (correction: the fourth set of reprints arrived, also damaged, exactly the same as before). I've been having issues with my Shipping Calculator, I contacted Prodigi about this on the 23rd November, it's now the 9th December and nothing has happened. I cannot launch my shop until the carrier fees are correctly calculated and I've been left hanging. To add to this, I've just had to pay over 16 euros in customs and DHL fees because a recent shipment was sent to me from the UK somehow via Sweden (to Germany). This is not 'local' fulfillment, this is ridiculous. It is not fair to send items from any location they feel like as it means that my customers may face unexpected charges, I find it unacceptable that I have no influence over this, it's bad enough that customers would have to pay shipping for each item individually, let alone that customs fees can pop up without warning. The responses from Prodigi have been lukewarm at best, polite but vague, with vague apologies that do not allow for the issues to be adequately addressed. I have invested a huge amount of money and time into Prodigi, ordering sample prints and trying to get the system to work. I like the business concept and the idea of drop shipping but it has been so badly executed that I am left feeling stupid and of no significance to Prodigi. I feel as though I've been given the run-around and that Prodigi honestly couldn't care less. I'm so disappointed, I tried for several months to stick it out, accepting that there are always things to be ironed-out but never have I been so repeatedly let down. I could have launched my business months ago if it hadn't been for the false promises, terrible service and long waiting times for responses. What an utter waste of time and resources.
Update: Since posting this Prodigi have offered to refund a couple of the orders I have had issues with, which I do appreciate.
