W3 Product Accessories

Fast response time, superior customer service, and near-infinite patience sussing out technical issues. We are very happy with W3 and the service and support they provide.

There is quite a few apps that come to the top of the search when looking for a method to Upsell. The issue is, they all do it in the same way, a pop up. In my opinion this is a bit agressive and could even result in a lost conversion.

What I was looking for was something subtle, an optional upsell built into the theme which would allow a customer to add an additional item if they required it. This app does just that.

If you are looking for an upsell app that is simple yet efficient and meticulously thought out and designed then the W3 Product Accessories app is the way to go.

I cannot praise the app enough for delivering such an easy to use and effective solution for a common requirement of shopify stores.

The support team are also amazing, if you have any issues drop them a message and they will work with you to resolve them and get things up and running asap.

Great app. Easy to use and very effective. It's perfect for adding items like refills to the products page to make sure customers can easily see and purchase them along with the product.

Great App! Had a few requirements on how we wanted this to fit our theme best, a team member (Brad) took his time to go through our requirements one by one to how this best suited us and our website.

The bulk accessory feature also makes it very easy if you were to offer a single accessory over a large range of products.

Very easy to use, yet very effective.

I've been using this app for years. Tech support is amazing too! One of my custom codes had a little glitch with this app, but tech support was on it quickly. No issues.

Fantastic app. Our customers are now able to choose the add-ons to their product before making the purchase - saving time and emails back and forth with customers. Well worth the small monthly fee!

This app is great! Really easy to use and the customer service is amazing. They helped a lot with the display of the app on my product pages and answered all of my questions!

Would definitely recommend this app.

Really good tool for adding optional related products without needing to create variances in Shopify. The only issue is that it can take a while for new products to sync.

Awesome app, it generated a lot of revenue. Technical support is excellent, they reply very fast and preform all of your requests!
