Super app, well pleased. Excellent customer service that went far and beyond. Would highly recommend it
The app doesn't work. When I asked for tech support, I was asked to give access and then the developer or whomever changed MANY of my settings without telling me.
I'm very sorry to hear that. I'm not sure what settings you are referring to as we did not change anything but our app settings to make it work
Your store is using a custom cart drawer which we don't fully support. We spent many hours trying to help you and are still willing to make it work. I even offered you to build a custom parser to apply and display discounts using your cart drawer, which is far beyond the scope of our support.
I suggest that you reapprove collaborator access and we'll dedicate a software developer to help you make it work.
It appears to easily display add-ons for a particular product. The problem is the visual formatting was way off from what would work with our product line we deleted it immediately to avoid confusing customers. If you had one or two options for your products it may work fine, but our product line has dozens of options, which pushed the product description down so far users wouldn't be able to find the actual product.

I reviewed a lot of these before selecting this one. Most of the others have less intuitive UI in that the 'add to cart' button is above the add-ons which means the customer has already moved to the cart before adding anything extra. The UI in this is more seamless in that you can add the extras before adding the main item to cart. Works very nicely and easy to customise.
Sorry for disappointing you. Your first email to us was March 22, Friday. We replied to you on Monday.
As we have explained to you earlier, when you switch product variants on a product page, the Popup add-on shows the initial recommendation and can't technically be updated without refreshing the page.
We offered you alternatives like using on-page addons, or coding a page-refresh on each variant switch to refresh the Addons.
I also offered you a refund, but you decided to write this review without further dialogue.
