Great app. This is precisely what I was looking for. Active support from the team, they are helpful and addressed the concerns and settings I need.

We've been running casual auctions through the Anvil Customs Facebook page for years, and as you can imagine at times it was confusing or clunky. The fact that this integrates with our already functioning Shopify store is excellent. I'm not terribly savvy at programming so I asked support for help to integrate the app and they took care of it all. I was thrilled, our customers are thrilled, and we're already seeing a return on our $30 a month investment. I suspect this app is only going to become more robust as time goes on, and I look forward to seeing it improve and grow.

Setup was easy, and I just had my first support ticket and the chat was super fast and responsive and got my issue solved within minutes. Really liking this app so far!

I have just started with this app, so far I am very pleased! They have been SUPER helpful in the setup process, quick and knowledgeable. I have a very old template and the app is even compatible with it. I was a little daunted at first, as I couldn't find much info about the app online before I started my free trail, but learner manuals are provided once you set your first meeting after sign up.

Had a rocky start, but stayed in communication with the Webkul folks, they figured out which part of their code was creating an error on our site - and they were quick to get it fixed and updated. I've found the interface is easy to use, and they have options that aren't included in any of the other auction apps - an essential bonus for us. Very happy to have this as part of our store now.

The app performs great and does everything it needs to for a smooth auction. The support service is amazing! They'll guide you with ease.

Neha is a star!, nothing was too much trouble and being a bit of a 'numpty' with code...etc.... Neha came up trumps and took pity on me and got it all working.

Replies & actions via the ticketing system for a couple of issues was very prompt and very professional.

Not very often you come across such outstanding service.
