This is the very best app if you are seeking an auction experience for your platform. The customer service is 5 stars as well. They respond to every request right away and offer tons of customizations. The Webkul company makes tons of different apps for your company store. I would recommend them all! Absolutely the best!!

Downloaded app and asked for help to install code for files. Support was prompt and done exactly what was required. Simple and easy. Next up is do some testing myself, but so far so good :-) and if works like it should I will be back for another review, 5 out of 5!

So very helpful - once we linked up with their live support team they handled all of our questions, put in a ticket for a change to be handled in the same day and were the best free resource. I have not had the chance to use the app yet but the customer service is wonderful. I contacted support, asked for a one on one meeting, and was talking to Ayush Kansal within the hour. He was able to answer all of my questions, guide me through some of the setup process and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests. We will give the app a review once we have the opportunity to run a few auctions.

The auction software works as intended. Their support staff provided excellent customer service to help us with our needs.

The theme we're using differs in terms of the backend files required to modify in order to setup Product Auction, however, with some speedy help of Webkul's Customer Service, we were able to get the code added to the site and everything working very quickly! So far the app seems to provide all the functionality that we were looking for, will update once we've used the app for some time, but all in all, everything has gone as smooth as could be asked for.
