I initially gave a 2-star rating due to an issue in the Frequently Bought Together (FBT) section — videos or GIFs would autoplay on hover or light touch, especially on mobile, interfering with the "Add to Cart" button and disrupting the user experience.
However, I was happy by how quickly the development team responded to my concern. They were helpful, professional, and proactive in assisting me with a solution.

Simple integration. Had an issue where it wasn't working on endless scroll pages. Within hours at 3am they had it fixed!
