I have checked your account, and you have installed/uninstalled the app in a few minutes, we do generate thousands of dollars for merchants every day, I don't think it's fair to say the app is good or not when you have not really used the app, just took a look.
I can assure you our Bundle app is very efficient in generating revenue and does not decrease any conversion, there's no reason for that, it's an extra tool that does not change the normal behavior of your store, just adds the possibility buy Bundles with a Discount, which actually increases the conversion rates since people are more likely to order if they feel they are doing a good deal.
We are sorry about your experience, it was very fast and our app did not have a chance to prove itself in such a short period, I'm sure with time it would generate some revenue, it is what happens with merchants that keep the app for some time.
And I assure you, we don't use any dark tactics to get reviews, asking is allowed, and we do just that.
