This app is awesome! the support is superb and I love their service. Kudos to the rest of this team for developing it!
What I love most about this app is the incredible customer service. We had already existing issues with our site and Bryan was not only quick but great at solving every single request we had. Thank you so much! We just upgraded our plan as well!

Customer service was great, but the app didn’t have the integrations we needed.
I used the limited version of Unlimited Bundle and I like it. I had a problem at first with the discount showing but the support team helped get it corrected. I do wish the free version gave me more than 1 bundle however.
i used this app to help me make bundles, its easy to use and fast, makes great bundles. customers are prompted to purchase items right next to shopping cart which helps a lot. i was however offerd a discount to use upsell app, but when i installed it, it offerd me a different price. so i kept only the bundle app.

Awful customer service - I had a question while installing and a chat window appeared so I asked Steve. He said he would look in to my question, then nothing. I reminded him again, and again, and he was just reading my messages and not replying. I could see the chat when he read it changed to 'seen'
Absolute waste of 30 minutes.
UPDATE:
When this review was written we were training new members of the support team that really weren't good at first. Now we have a well-trained support team, I hope you can test the app again and see by yourself. Revy CEO.

Sorry about this, when you asked for customer service we had just started with Steve, he was a little confuse and had not yet confidence to answer without ask me first. Because of that, he took some time to answer, sorry about that, we had answered you later. Since then we had improved our support to this not happen again.
