I have been using the Product Customer app for a couple of years now for my website and absolutely LOVE it. Not only does it meet my needs bur the customer service is amazing. Over the yesrs I've done several theme tweeks and changes and any code updates I need to have made to accommodate the new theme code is done within minutes and even my customer service emails are answered so quickly....even on weekends. I highly recommend this app and plan on sticking with it indefinitely. Thank you so much for such quick resolution to my questions this weekend!

We have been successfully using the app for a couple of years, does exactly what it says wonderfully! Even better is the "fast and serious" support we had from Steven when we updated our Theme this week-end. He fixed our code (on a Saturday night!) and we were up and running again in a couple of hours! Thumbs up for the support!

Our sales would not be as great as they are without this fabulous app. We are able to differentiate size, color, style and even create a list of measurements needed for our customers. It allows ease of ordering, ease of use all the whilst giving us the much needed information we need to produce and deliver a quality product. We had some issues a couple of weeks after installing this app, but the developers quickly fixed the problem and it's working perfectly. We use it to allow customers to request specific installation options for one product, and we use it to allow customers to build a custom bodyboard selecting features that all require specific extra charges based on what they select. It works like a charm if you have a similar need.
We couldn't run our store without this app! Very easy to use and excellent customer support. We highly recommend Product Customizer!
We use this app to add personalization option for 3000+ products.
It has conditional logic option and easy to understand interface. Highly recommended!

We've been using this app for a couple years now. Adds a lot to products when we need it. We recently had an issue with our new theme not accepting this app and Kim went in and helped fix it right away. Fantastic app and fantastic customer service. Well worth it.
Super cool product! We installed it and were using it successfully less than 10 minutes later. Functionally, it was great, but the visual appearance was a little crowded (visually) on our product page. A quick email to their tech support and they had taken care of it expertly and cheerfully before we were open for business the next day. A great product is one thing, but great support is a lot harder to find - they have both.
