I recently installed your app and I must say that I am extremely disappointed. The user interface and user experience of your app is far from user-friendly and is proving to be quite a challenge to navigate.
The design of the app is outdated and the complexity of the menus and functions makes it extremely difficult to use. The app is supposed to simplify my life, but it is doing the exact opposite. The UI is clunky and unintuitive, making it hard to find what I am looking for and perform basic tasks.
Additionally, the app is not user-friendly at all. It requires a lot of clicks to perform even the simplest of tasks and the navigation is confusing. The UX is not up to par with other apps in the market and is in dire need of a revamp.
I was excited to try out your app, but my experience so far has been a huge letdown. I hope you take my feedback into consideration and work towards improving the app to make it more user-friendly and intuitive.

I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with Product Customizer. Our app is being used by a lot of merchants and it has been serving most of them really well. You installed the app and left a negative review within 14 minutes without ever contacting support for help. Is there something specific that you did not like or need help with?

We do offer 24-hr live chat support, Monday through Friday. Please reach out to us via the live chat feature in the app and we will reply to you within minutes to resolve any issues you might be facing. We work hard to make sure every merchant who uses our app has an A+ experience.
