We've been using this app for a couple years now. Adds a lot to products when we need it. We recently had an issue with our new theme not accepting this app and Kim went in and helped fix it right away. Fantastic app and fantastic customer service. Well worth it.
Super cool product! We installed it and were using it successfully less than 10 minutes later. Functionally, it was great, but the visual appearance was a little crowded (visually) on our product page. A quick email to their tech support and they had taken care of it expertly and cheerfully before we were open for business the next day. A great product is one thing, but great support is a lot harder to find - they have both.

Have been using this app for a couple of years now, and on the rare occasions when I need help with it there is always a quick response and resolution.

The app allowed me to add many necessary fields to my products that were not offered by Shopify.
In addition, I am not very liquid-saavy and their support was able to help me get the additional fields added to my notifications.
Very worth the $17.99/month!
Love this app so our customers can filter by size and color (variants). Sometimes a bit confusing/cumbersome to use.. but it works well and we like it! Changed themes and they helped to customize it so that it looked like it fit in with our new webstore.

This app has solved so many things for our shop, so that people can pick things and enter custom info up front instead of us having to spend time emailing with them afterwards. It works great, and when I switched themes recently the support staff was brilliant in helping me getting it to work (and look great) on the new theme. We're now using 2 ShopStorm apps in our shop, very happy with both of them.
The conditional logic is perfect at making a clean checkout experience for my store. Great product.
Aman has been wonderful and very responsive in helping us fix our programming issue. He recognized our urgent need for support and treated the situation with urgency, in kind.
