We have used this app for over two years, and it allows us to offer multiple variable options, with conditions. Easy to setup and use. Recently I needed some advice from Support, and they went out of their way to troubleshoot an issue which ended up being some code injected from another App! Would definitely recommend

Our dev has fixed the issue and you shouldn't see that happening anymore.
Is there anything we can do to get more stars here? Every app has an issue now and then, but it makes a great app to fix the issue and make things right asap... we've done just that.

Product Customizer is a great app that does exactly what I needed it to do! Had I tried to use Shopify variants, I would have had ovver 200 possibilities (which is not even allowed by shopify). I also need to get some pertinant 'write in' answers that Shopify does not really allow.
The staff at Shopstorm might be one of the best parts! They helped with the install, and were never more than an email away! They responded within a few hours at the max!

Great app, easy to install. I had one small issue when I installed it, and they fixed it for me in no time, very responsive! Now my customers can customize their items easily.

Product Customizer is great! The app is extremely easy to use, and the customer service is outstanding. I had a question about installation, and the customer service team was extremely prompt in answering my question and helping to confirm that the app was installed into my store correctly. Would definitely recommend Product Customizer to others.
Turnaround time was less than 12 hours, absolutely fantastic customer service. And the product is brilliant! We tried to use other (more expensive apps) for the same purpose and had zero response... These guys are brilliant!! Thanks so much for all your help Jennifer, you've made our shop-flow much more streamlined!
