Product Customizer allows my Shopify store to have all the drop downs I need to sell products with several variants. There have been some glitches, but the customer service is always there to help solve the problem quickly.

Great app with excellent customer support! I needed a way to add hyperlinks within forms, which isn't a current built-in feature. When I reached out to the team, they quickly developed a workaround to help. Their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. The app is user-friendly and integrates well with our product line. Looking forward to seeing hyperlink functionality as a built-in feature in the future!

This app is good and functions well although sometimes a little clunky and the design of the interface may be counter intuitive to some users. The customer support is always responsive and will get your issue solved. They almost always respond in a timely manner and even major issues get resolved quickly. Special shout out to Deep who is always on hand to help!

The App is very good but nothing on this planet is perfect so I can't give 5 stars. I will say, the response from customer service is outstanding. Whenever there has been an issue, the service team gets "ON IT" immediately. The app does have a few limitations but when used for it's intended purpose, it can't be beat! Way to go PC!

I have used this app for years, but the recent update has created issues without any warning. Hoping that in the new year they can resolve the flickering at checkout as it has an impact on user's trust at a crucial moment

Update 3/30/2023 Support team has been super easy and quick to help us with our issues we've encountered.
Very Indepth Application, however, we do encounter quite a bit of lag between the application and Shopify when we are doing a mass update to our products. A wonderful feature would be the ability to update the order of options in a template that automatically updates the order of options to the products that template is assigned to. We find ourselves have to remove all options from our products and reapplying the template each time we change the order of options in a template. Also to be able to apply rules to a template without first have to do it in the product customize page would be amazing.

Thanks for leaving this feedback. Mass-updates to products where thousands of changes are taking place with one click do unfortunately take a little time to flow through all back-end systems. But we will be looking into other ways to speed that up.
In regards to the limitations with making changes to templates that lots of products use, I am adding this to our product roadmap now. I agree that those functions would be really helpful. I've emailed you directly as well. Hit me up when you can - thanks again so much for your help!
