We are on the basic plan. It is great. Good customer support. Highly recommended app if you want to have a variety of options on your products.

Product Customizer is a great app and would recommend it. We use it for flower orders on our website, it's super easy to use and the support team is always so helpful and quick to respond! The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because there have been a few occasions when required fields have not populated on order forms. Not sure if this is because the customer was able to skip over it or if it just didn't transfer to the order page.

Totally groovy.
Has definitely upped our customizable game in offering solutions to our customers and custom apparel. Service has been great through use, implementation and adjustments as necessary. Do wish I didn't have to use another app to export groups of orders for easy reference.
The support team is really supportive and replies really quickly. Thank you very much for your help. Especially the customer specialist Aman is very helpful and helped us to fix the problem effectively. Good job, Aman.

I had my zoom demo yesterday, what a great experience! My representative started out asking me what I needed to be successful. He was so helpful helping me set up the app. I'm a novice at most of this and now I will be able to have my customers upload and design features of my products. I'm looking forward to my trial period to see what all I can come up with. Thanks!!!

This is a very helpful tool. I was able to do exactly what I needed to do to sell my product. In the past I have had to work with very large and difficult files to make changes and show the different prices, colors and styles of my product.....not anymore!
I used this app to help me add a specific customization where some items would require an up-charge. Even though the app did not work perfectly at first, tech support was quick and helpful! Questions were answered on a Sunday. Tech support kept e-mailing me as well, making sure that everything was working correctly. Great experience!
