UPDATE 4/15/25 I have to say, over the years we have worked through many ups and downs with the Dev team at PC. This app is not what it used to be.
I am not sure if the App sold or just got rid of all the original developers that could do quick fixes in minutes but recently we have experienced more and more glitches compared to past years using PC. Previously although inconvenient the old team at PC was super responsive and fixed things right away.
Today when we were getting help from the Product Customizer team on a glitch that was happening with 1 of our 30+ Customizable products the attempted fix instead removed all our customizer options on our site, we let them know right away and since have emailed for help multiple times and nobody has gotten back to us so currently our site is not usable to order on, and we have a loss of income as well as frustrated customers. After years of recommending this at this current level of service I cannot stand behind our previous years of 4 and 5 star reviews.
UPDATE 12/3/2024
Experienced a glitch with recent PC update that was launched affecting our sales during busy Holiday sales season but through the chat they fixed super fast thank YOU!!! Wish they sent a note to users when they plan to do an update instead of us just randomly finding out when customers cant order.
UPDATE 10/24/2024
Multiple - Outages and issues - customizations not consistently working, customers operating from multiple browsers having issues. Was told that we needed to update the Shopify Theme we use so we did and with some help from the PC Dev Team (Aman) it is now working

We had a brief outage and Deep and team were quick to address it and get the issue resolved. They had it resolved within Half Hour. They responded to my initial email within minutes. Really appreciate this team.
Initial Review 5/2015 The customer service support offer by Kevon and Aman has been top-notch. They are usually pretty on it both in terms of response time and ability to make small changes within the app. The only reason for not full five star- some of the features of the app seem to work intermittently and is very glitchy, this has cost us heavily in terms of sales when the customizer is down.

We've been using this app for many years to sell personalized pet tags. Never had a problem until yesterday. Emailed support and was fixed within 30mins. Fantastic! Can't recommend enough.
Customizer works awesome until it doesn't. However, the support team got right on it and fixed the problem. They also found a long term solution to the problem. Etienne from Product Customizer was a great help.

I have been using this app for my custom stationery store for several years. I recently changed theme and was struggling with options not showing. I jumped straight on to chat and had excellent customer support from Lasandra who resolved the issue very promptly!

We have been a Product Customizer client/user over 8 years now. Our entire business is based on custom names, addresses, graphics, etc. to laser engrave and embroider on a wide variety of luggage and equipment tags. Two years ago, we gave this app the 5 star review you can read below. However, in the past year we have had multiple issues with the app not processing our customers personalization options. This is a huge issue as it give our customers a negative view of our brand. I have now changed my review to 1 star as I have lost all trust in this app. While the app ultimately starts to work again, the team can not ever tell me what the root cause is for the issue. Today, it happened again. This is unacceptable. MY OLD REVIEW: In those 8 years, we have only had to reach out 3 times, the latest happened this weekend when we updated our store theme to the latest version. The team quickly responded with a solution and stayed in communication the whole time - allowing us to test and publish our update. Highly recommend! Thank you for the many years of great customer support.

Updated March 2026 - Lasandra is absolutely exceptional!!
We’ve used this app for over 7 years and it continues to perform flawlessly. Our store requires a high level of customization and complex variant configurations, and this app handles it seamlessly. From a customer standpoint, the interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate - which is critical.
Lasandra is always extremely responsive, thorough and solution oriented every time we’ve needed assistance. Highly recommend for any brand managing advanced product configurations.

My store requires a lot of variants and this app is perfect for that. From a shopper standpoint, the user experience using the variants is clean, easy, and organized. The customer service is also amazing! Steven was so prompt and thorough in his responses and solved all my problems and did the coding for me. Amazing product!

Still has great customer support. We have used this app for several years and they have always provided excellent support. Their app works great for our customized product options. If you ever have an issue, they are very easy to get in touch with through live chat, and quick to resolve the problem.

Great App to enable customer options for personalizing/customizing product selection. Customer Service is fast and attentive. Needed help with updating Customizer for new theme version, Shevaughn was responsive and quick to make the changes so could proceed with my site updates. Always great service!

HORRIBLE! and SACAM
Been with them for 8 years and they started an $99 for a plan (no other app as at that point)
They switched for a $24 a plan (Not idea how long ago) Most likely years ago....
Never told our company, been charging us $99 a month for 8 years when they have a plan (That we use for $24) We are not in the business of watching is an app changed a plan for a fraction...If you are a customer since they started, is just common sense to let us know.
They agree to return $300 ... make the math at $99 a month for 7-8 years... NOPE
No one will answer just someone called AMAN, no phone calls, no managers NOTHING.
After a month of e mails back and forth they just charge again $99 on June 27th.
No solution.
And actually, the app is not even working on my website that's been 11 years in business.
DO NOT GET THIS APP
Plenty of others more reliable.
