Customer service is really bad. They only care about stores that pay a lot of money. Don't expect any help from them. The way to answer is also ridiculous

I see that your unique theme was causing a rare issue with compatibility with our app, and it did take our support team longer than normal as they tried to get to the bottom of it. I'm VERY sorry about this, it is not at all what we aim for.

We would love the chance to try this again? I can personally make sure you are 100% taken care of and get our BEST developers to get it right for your stores theme right away.

This app constantly crashes, you have to check it everyday to ensure its options are working. Today noticed options were missing, clicked on app, it had an update of the app. App updated and now I can't see any of my account information. Page comes up blank. Been waiting on support response all day. Customers cannot check out due to issues on the listing not showing. it's good when it does decide to work. but the inconsistency is truly getting annoying.

We are aware that you are experiencing an issue where product options seem to be getting duplicated when creating new products. Unfortunately, we have not been able to replicate the issue yet. Our team will be reaching out to you shortly to arrange a meeting so that we can observe the issue and troubleshoot it with you in real-time.

Regarding the issue with the email associated with your account, this typically comes from the email associated with your Shopify account, which we cannot alter. We were able to manually update your email address in our system to rectify this, but we still recommend that you doublecheck Shopify to ensure that the correct information is there as well.

We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and are determined to make this right for you.

Update 1/30/2024: The problem you are experiencing is due to duplicating a product. When you do this, all of the options show up on the duplicated product. In order to get past this, you will have to create a new product instead of duplicating.

We attempted to meet with you regarding your concerns and you did not want to get on a Zoom call. A representative of our team has also sent you an email. We are going to be attempting to have a call with you within the next 24 hours to assist you. We would appreciate being able to walk with you through everything that you need.

We would not recommend using Product Customizer if you need to add options that cost the customer extra. The app has a serious glitch that causes those charges to stick around in the cart even after a customer removes the associated product from their cart. The issue has persisted for months, and the developers have been unable to fix the problem. (Communication on the status of the efforts to resolve the glitch was also very spotty, which just made it more frustrating.) We ended up finding another solution -- for us, that was using Shopify's variants feature -- because the app was costing us too much money in lost sales. It was also a nightmare for our customer service team. Hate to leave a bad review as the idea of the app is great, and the conditional logic feature is one we haven't found elsewhere. But ultimately we'd recommend finding a different solution -- Product Customizer just isn't up to our standards.

This is Sean, the Customer Success manager here. Our apologies that our app caused this persistent issue with your store's theme. In rare cases a theme is just too custom for us to find a fix, but that is very rare indeed. Thanks for giving us a chance and I'm sorry it wasn't all you hope it would be! If there is ever anything we can do for you to help redeem your experience (if and when you change your theme in the future) please do let us know.

We try our hardest to solve 100% of client issues, and it really bums us out when one can't be resolved. Thanks for your communication.

I'm so sorry that there was a delay between when you updated a product on your store and when it showed in our app. Usually that takes 1-2 seconds... sometimes if it is a bigger change (or a whole bunch of changes), it can take 1-2 minutes.

Can you let me know if you saw that issue again? It should be VERY rare with our app.

We are always also working on improvements to our app, so we will be working on this right away! Thanks so much! Let me know if there is anything we can do for you to earn a better rating here... we try very hard to give 100% of our clients an AWESOME experience, 100% of the time! :)

Im sure the app is fine but the customer service is terrible. Two weeks without a reply and my store has had to be closed the entire time. These guys have cost me afortune and cannot be relied upon if your business needs custom options.

Hello and thanks for taking the time to leave this review! This is Sean, the Customer Success manager. Your issue was extremely unique, and required developer help to fix. This is NOT normal for users of our app, so our sincerest apologies that you experienced that. Bottom line, with any developer issues, the client always has the option to uninstall the app, or use a good workaround temporarily until the fix is done... I had hoped our dev team would get to the bottom of your issue within a week, but sometimes it takes them a couple of weeks with a very unique and abnormal issue like this one. I have followed up with our team and they should have the fix done in the next couple of business days (crossing fingers!).

Still here to help in the ways that we can, and even when it takes big $$ to our dev team to fix, we do get it done - just don't have a lot of control over the time frame with custom fixes. Thanks for your understanding! I'll email you as soon as this is ready of course...

Hello friends from Minfy.mx! We had a bit of a scare with our server yesterday morning, but it turned out to be a non-issue. We just always want to over-communicate in situations where users might be affected, and we always put a message up if there is any chance our server might be in a backlog.
