This app has had several issues on my small store. I have 19 items with 3 different options and I've had them disappear completely (losing out on sales) and having weird error messages on the items. I hope this improves but buyers be warned.

Takeen here, Ops Manager at Product Customizer. We do apologize for the error on your store however it seemed to be caused from another source apart from us and we suspect it's Shopify. The reason is that the data was rearranged without any interference from our app, even on many stores that have been working perfectly fine for years.
The good news is that the issue stopped on it's own without any intervention from us. We do apologize for the inconvenience and if you would like to speak with me directly please email us at support@productcustomizer.com

Does exactly what it describes! This is an amazing plug in to help add fill in options to your listings. Prompt and professional customer service. They had my issue resolved in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

This app is magical. but even more support. Great.
This app is what makes it possible for my customers to order my personalized printables smoothly. I am SO happy with it - it does exactly what it claims and the customer service is awesome. My only wish is that it enabled you to add fields to multiple products at a time, but that does not take away from how very essential the app is for my kind of business and how glad I am that I found it.
This app is perfect for allowing products to be customised by the customer with a an additional cost if necessary. I love that there was not need for installing any code myself, with the installation and upgrade handled totally by the support. The support team's communication is 5* with adjustments to the code being made quickly. This app and the support comes highly recommended in my opinion.

Very impressed with the customer service. They always respond quickly and are willing to help however they can. When I had a theme update all my custom settings for each product disappeared. When I asked for help the company that built the theme told me I would have to manually re-enter everything which would have been many hours of work. I'm so glad I asked Product Customizer team to help- they just reinstalled all my "snippets" into the new theme. I have no idea what this means but they fixed the problem in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. Great app- let's me customize my personalized products easily- does everything I need it to do.
So happy I found shopstorm! We sell home fragrance and have 100+ fragrances.that change regularly, based on the season. Couldn't offer customers to choose from the full list without this app. LOVE the way you can save the variants on on collection and then with one click apply them to another. OMG massive timesaver!!! Incredibly fast and thus far-flawless. A+++
