Product Options & Customizer

It has been stable in what I use it for. Support from Product Options & Customizer--although only had to use it a couple of times in the past 5 yrs--is always quick, courteous and resolves the issues in a timely fashion.

I'm currently using Premium Customizer for $29.90/month. They do have WhatsApp support. However, the app only functions correctly if the theme is set to direct customers to the cart page when they add products to their cart. I offer an option where customers can choose to either view the cart or continue shopping after adding an item. I’ve spent over 10 hours creating these options and products, but when I check the cart, it incorrectly shows a total of $1,878,800.00 and support hasn't been able to fix this issue. The only solution is to configure is to have the cart button to redirect to the cart page immediately after a customer adds a product, which will decrease the sale conversion, I just wanted to have +100 variant option for few of my products but I'm gonna have to use a different app. Don't waste your time if you don't want this option. Although they helped me on support very well through Whatsapp.

Easy to use and excellent customer support. I was able to add more options to my products very easily. When I experienced an issue, customer support was able to fix it within minutes.

Shevaughn and Kevon with Product Optimizer stepped up when other app developers didn't. They adapted their app to solve our unique requirements for adding buyer selected product options including prices, instead of using many variants of the same product. We've been using the app for about 2 years and they have jumped in several times to help us solve our unique issues with how we handle product options.

The app works great for us and there is no question their app and customer service have helped sell our options generating more revenue. They are highly recommended, their response time is very quick.

So far, the app is enabling options for my store that were limited by Shopify, and that was my initial goal. I had tried another app before and had issues specially with their support which made me uninstall the previous one and try this one.
I can't say enough how well impressed I am with Product Options & Customizer support. The tech team is amazing, very professional and very fast in answering my questions and helping me out with the app integration. I had my zoom demo yesterday, what a great experience! My representative started out asking me what I needed to be successful. He was so helpful helping me set up the app. I'm a novice at most of this and now I will be able to have my customers upload and design features of my products. I'm looking forward to my trial period to see what all I can come up with. Thanks!!!

Product Customizer is the best customization app on the market. Gives you complete creative control on how you want to customize products. Other apps had many limitations. Along with the support team, Aman is always an email away, response time is actually impressive. If you need help with anything he is always there to help

The seems to be good but struggled to get it working correctly at the start. I contacted support for help but kept being told they are working on it. Still waiting to hear back. Turns out I was able to get the app working on my own.

I got a bit screwed over by the shift away from “legacy” websites, but the customer service was super fast and helpful in fixing that.

I tried a LOT of custom field apps before landing on this one, and it is by far the best. My products are unique so it is nice that I am able to name each field uniquely.
