App didn't work for my theme even after me going into the code and manually entering it. I uninstalled the app and got a message as to why I did I told them what the issue was and they told me to reinstall and they would do the coding them self and give me a free month. I don't care about the month obviously I paid the price the first time I just need a product that works. I responded to the email and got automated response that basically said Hi thanks for installing we've looked at your code and looks like everything is functioning properly let us know if you need anything... I then respond is this a bot and a rep named Sean answered no this is not a bot... but the later explains to me that it was an automated message(aka a bot!!) after me explaining my frustration on the situation not being handled. The conversation went back and forth about petty details that kinda shifted blame from them to me instead of this guy looking at our conversation thread and coming up with a solution to my existing problem. Needless to say its not a big deal to some but to me this was a very bad experience when I already had uninstalled the app and moved on and they asked to make it right but I still don't have a working product a week later because I'm spending 20-30mins of my time explaining irrelevant details with Sean. I'm glad I know how to problem solve and created my options through the existing product variables that comes with shopify as a temporary fix or I would have been scrambling because Sean don't know how to do his job correctly. Hope This saves someone else the headache. My shop is dksuitcity.shop so the users know this is a real person. Hope this isn't to wordy. I tried to skip a few things that are unimportant to my point.

One of Worst app in this category.. product not able to synced with real time.. every time i have to contact to customer support.. what the hell is this also they charge 19$ for nothing..

Did you know that our app includes 100% Free and Unlimited support? We would have fixed that for you right away if we had known about this issue. With our app, changes to products or product options DO UPDATE in real-time. But if they weren't on your store, we could have fixed that immediately...

We can't change from lenguage their automatic comments, and we would like to start to sell to other Countries with other lenguages, this is not so good for us.

Very sorry that our app cannot currently automatically translate its words into other languages. Most apps cannot do this. We will consider it for a future upgrade though!

Would you consider removing this 1-star review or deleting the review? That would be VERY appreciated. Most apps cannot do this, so I don't think we deserve this very harmful review...

You can't use customization for the featured product which is shown on the homepage! Support, very very poor too! They didn't try to help me to add customization for the product on the homepage.

Thanks for leaving this review, and I'm so sorry the app didn't work as expected for you, so my sincerest apologies.

With your request for customization on the homepage, I want to clarify that we offer customization mainly on the product and cart page. But after receiving your request, the team is trying to figure out if we can create customization for you on the home page for the featured product. That is why the support team is taking more than usual time.

We really want to treat all our customers well and wanted to solve their issues as fast as possible. So once again apologize for the bad experience.

I cannot downgrade or delete the app, even I clear all the options. The app still has the error codes that I need to clear the option

The worst app and customer support ever, I have been in troubles to put my data then the app crashed and the support deleted my data without any permission and told me they solved the problem, I added the data and setup everything again then it crashed again, Support replies after 5 mails and a week of waiting, they destroyed and delayed my business and deals, Please choose any other app.

I recently installed your app and I must say that I am extremely disappointed. The user interface and user experience of your app is far from user-friendly and is proving to be quite a challenge to navigate.
The design of the app is outdated and the complexity of the menus and functions makes it extremely difficult to use. The app is supposed to simplify my life, but it is doing the exact opposite. The UI is clunky and unintuitive, making it hard to find what I am looking for and perform basic tasks.
Additionally, the app is not user-friendly at all. It requires a lot of clicks to perform even the simplest of tasks and the navigation is confusing. The UX is not up to par with other apps in the market and is in dire need of a revamp.
I was excited to try out your app, but my experience so far has been a huge letdown. I hope you take my feedback into consideration and work towards improving the app to make it more user-friendly and intuitive.

This app killed my website. Please do not use.
For a second time, as soon as I ran the setup wizard, this app disabled the add to cart button. The first time they fixed it within about an hour, the second time they couldn't fix it and blamed shopify.

Please do not use this app. This has severely impacted my business.

We’re sorry that you have had difficulties with our application, however we want to reiterate that the problem you’ve encountered was not due to any malfunction of our application. The root cause of the issue was that the cart drawer was disabled on the theme settings. We cannot determine who made this change, but our setup wizard does not touch this aspect of configuration.

Not cool. I chatted with several people. Like 4 different people over the course of 6 days. Not one person answered any of my questions. All had the same response. Someone from our team will get back to you shortly. What a waste of my precious time. Very disappointed after reading all the great reviews
