The app's speed was terrible; my browser reloaded too many times before I could enter the app, and the app forced me to use full screen mode despite the fact that I exited it hundreds of times.
Furthermore, setting up variants is really inconvenient for me because I have to set up each variant for each product and cannot reuse them.
When I use the add price option when add a product, my basket is reloaded many times before it displays the correct price. This has been an exceedingly negative experience, especially for my customers.
The order after successful checkout contains some extra trash information over which the developer claims they have no control, when in fact that this is information created by them???

I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with our app. I understand your frustration and we are so sorry about what happened here (It is not at all normal with our app.)

With respect to the complaints about app's speed, browser reload before you could enter the app and setting up variants, I can assure you that these issues are isolated in nature and we have not received any complaints of such kind of issues so far. It is difficult to say exactly what happened, but temporary network glitch might be one of the reasons.

For your complaint regarding basket reloading many times, I will have my best developers check your issue and fix it. But for the issue with item customization carried over to the check out page, we do not have a solution as Shopify restricts us to modify the check out page unless you are using a Shopify Plus enterprise-level plan. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or "hide" the way your "Item Customizations" product is displayed on your checkout page unless you are using a Shopify Plus enterprise-level plan. This is because your checkout page is hosted by Shopify, not on your store's domain, and to be secure, Shopify doesn't allow any third-party scripts or code to run on this page. This is not something that we control or can modify.

Did not work with Testament Theme and other issues. Cannot display as I want and would add weird products and cost to cart. Deleted and reverted the liquid files. Nothing but hassle ... and support do not work the weekend so be prepared if you are trying on a live shop.

I have reviewed our email messages with you and it looks like we had some serious code conflicts on your theme files which caused customized pricing to add up incorrectly in your cart. VERY sorry about this trouble. Support simply not exists. After installation "get notified when back in stock" field disappears. "Required" field does not force to be filled out.

Hello and thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately you happened to install our app just before the weekend, and now on Monday when our support team is back in, we went in to fix these couple of simple issues... and you had already left this review and removed our app. ***PLEASE NOTE: Our team fixes simple issues like this every day, and each small "kink" that needs to be worked out is different for every theme in the Shopify ecosystem. So every theme has it's quirks, but WE CAN FIX THEM, and we do.

Simply give our team up to 24 business hours (standard for all Shopify apps), and we will get er' done! This user simply didn't give us that time frame to work these simply kinks out for their theme.

It's difficult to use, and when I want to uninstall, I find it difficult to uninstall. This has caused me a lot of trouble, the customer service efficiency is very low, I am very angry! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I downloaded and installed the app for a one month free trial as they state. And the app didn't match my theme. Even though I removed it immediately, they charged me $19.90, and when I asked for a refund, they rejected me. Not recommended!

The free version is pointless... every option I attempted to create wouldn't work and gave me an error message at the very end stating that I could only create ONE variant per option.... WHAT IS THE POINT? Waste of time!
