We've only just started using the Product Options & Customizer app for adding variants to our products. We have had some niggles with installation and setting up but Aman and his customer service team were very helpful and prompt in resolving the issues. We're hoping now the glitches are resolved the app will run smoothly making it easier for us to customise our listings, as well as for our customers. Thank you!

Love the options and ability to customize your own products. We have been searching the right app for a long time and even started hiring a developer to build it ourselves before we found this app, which knocked it out of the park in terms of functionality. No custom developer needed anymore as this app is perfect.

The team correcting some code problems on my product pages, completely destroyed my pages! After trying to contact them to solve the problems on my product pages caused by their application, they do not want to answer me anymore, because they did a stupid thing that they can not fix, it's crazy when you know how much we pay them !!

I show that you emailed us on July 17th asking for help - just before the weekend unfortunately. On July 20th our agent Daniel was actively looking into your issue (and you were kind enough to follow up with us by email that same day). Daniel then continued to look into it on the 21st and was a bit stumped. So I emailed you on the 22nd letting you know we were actively looking into it and promised you a response that night from our best tech agent. On the 23rd we each exchanged emails and Daniel's last reply to you is that perhaps you were looking at a different store of yours than the one we had been working on... because he had fixed your issue at that point. His last email to you was:
