ChatGPT‑AI Product Description

I installed this app to generate product descriptions and even upgraded to the paid plan. After running a bulk generation, I found that the descriptions were very basic and lacked quality. There was also no option to add a custom prompt for better results. I didn’t use any of the generated content. I contacted support to request a refund, but they never responded. This app feels like a scam—avoid it if you don’t want to risk ruining your existing product descriptions.

Really disappointed with this App. The App not only changes the product description box on the admin product page but it also changes the SEO block...so whatever work you've had there gets replaced with the new product description the App writes. Not only that, it writes the SAME THING in both Fields. So whatever it writes in the product descrip field also gets written in the seo field. I don't know that I see anything on their APP about the SEO field. When I questioned them on this, it took over 24 hours to get a response..no Live Chat....no phone #. Their response is shown here:

The AI is doing this, we don't have control over it. I would recommend you edit the description in the HTML editor before submitting it. "
So they know this is happening and don't tell you in advance (?)

This app creates absolutely irrelevant description. It absolutely does not understand what it is describing.
