SB Custom Product Designer

I've been using this app on Shopify for a few months now. I suddenly ran into a few issues recently, but the support team resolved them very quickly. Because of this, I find it a great app for letting my customers personalize their products on my site.

Application catastrophique, ce n'était pas top avant, mais depuis la mise à jour, c'est encore plus fastidieux de récupérer les fichiers clients, et encore quand ça fonctionne et que les fichiers ont bien été enregistrés.

Je remets une autre application en route, et je me sépare de celle-ci, malheureusement, c'est énormément de temps perdu.

They are very responsive and quick to help whenever you run into a problem or need assistance.

Very disappointing experience with this app. The app stopped functioning automatically, and even after reporting the issue, their support team did not take proper action to resolve it. However, they continued charging the monthly subscription fee without fail.

The customization feature has been non-functional for a long time, affecting. Poor support and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.

Immer wieder Probleme, welche sie anscheinend nicht richtig lösen können. 1x Bestellung wurde gar nicht angezeigt, sodass ich diese nicht ausführen konnte. 2x die falschen Dateien bei einer Bestellung hinterlegt, sodass ich es fast falsch ausgeführt habe (Gott sei Dank noch einmal Rücksprache mit dem Kunden gehalten, weil mir das Design merkwürdig vor kam). Die Oberfläche für das Smartphone ist auch nicht ideal.
Das Positive an der App ist jedoch die Handhabbarkeit mit dem Computer und der Support (meistens).
