I tried removing the discount I had applied and it hasn't applied it to all my products even though the sync was complete. Tried to reach out to customer support as this needs fixing urgently but I'm out of hours - not good enough for an e-comm store. I have uninstalled the app but it has not fixed my problem.
DO NOT USE THIS APP! Installed today and used the 'straight out of the box' discount creator. It has a very simple system in order to create the discount but when we turned it on, it applied the discount, sitewide TWICE. And it did so by changing the physical price on our shopify products (not just front end displayed price). We are losing hundreds of dollars by the minute and you can't reach any staff at all outside of the standard contact hours - no emergency help. You can't reverse their discounts, they have changed all of our pricing!!
Was great but now does not work for my timezone and resulted in advertised sales not starting at the scheduled times which was a complete disaster. Submitted support ticket by email and had no response.
I am so confused with the upgrade. I cant get the sale to tag onto the Wale page. The Discounts are not applying. I am so frustrated!

At first glance I thought it was a good app, however it conflicts with Shopify's own Google shopping app. It creates a double sale that has to be removed by Bold support. They were happy to rectify this until they identified that the cause of the problem is a conflict between the two apps, they have advised me that they will not continue to do so going forward. I have requested my money back however due to the fact I have had this product for 7 months they have declined and stated that they are unable to inform customers of incompatibility's. their app has even with Shopify's own apps. I will avoid using this company in the future.
SLOW... no options, and no stats... used twice and it was a nightmare, every time we had to turn on to test or turn off, had to wait like 30 mins for it to complete....much better ways to accomplish this by simple exports/imports using bulk edit tags etc... and did I mention SLOWWW. Heck I just noticed we been paying for this for years... heck I thought we cancelled it after the trial.. and its $20/month! It's not worth $2/month seriously... and did I mention SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW? Will be removing now.
Sorry for your negative experience with our app. Appreciate the feedback however, we'll let the developers know to look into speeding up sync time.
I've been using Bold Discounts for some years. We've recently integrated our stock inventory with an API connection. Since then our promotions have stopped working. Every morning we have to manually reset all our offers. We sent several emails to the support team at Bold Commerce and we are extremely disappointed with their support. Firstly we were forgotten about and now we've now been told that it could take a minimum of 2 weeks just to investigate!!! This is not good enough especially when its a business critical problem. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The app was ok when it worked, but I suggest that you don't download due to their poor after service.

Terrible app and terrible support, the app would not turn on properly for black Friday (variants wouldn't sync - had to reach out to support to trigger it). When it did turn on the app applied discounts twice (which caused a lot of havoc with customers and our stores). I set up the date range for BFCM and the app also didn't turn off properly so now I have to go through and manually update the prices back to their original in Shopify. Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. We take all feedback such as yours very seriously and will use it to work on better improving our product and customer service so things like this do not happen in the future.
I purchased the original Discounts in full and now I'm being forced to upgrade and pay a monthly fee which they said would never happen. Now I'm out my original investment and have nothing to show for it. I'm beyond pissed and no one will even bother to fix the issue.
