Wow...so impressed with these guys. Of course I am late getting ready for BFCM promotions and just started on the App yesterday.Didn't take long and I could see that I needed some help.Went to chat and got some awesome guidance and this morning I'm ready To get those Discounts in my store...yah for their help!!

I love this app. Makes having sales so easy.
Just a few things to do which only takes a couple of minutes and you're set.
The app is definitely worth getting.

THIS IS THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED - AND THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! BE AWARE! I USED THE DISCOUNT TOOL AND IT MESED UP MY PRICING BELOW COST SO I LOST MONEY FOR AN ENTIRE DAY. THE SERVICE REP PROMISED TO FIX THE PROBLEM - AND SEIX HOURS LATER CAME BACK TO ME TELLING THAT I HAD TO MANUALLY CONFIGURE THE 850 AFFECTED PRODUCTS, THE ONLY THING THEY OFFERED AS REMIDY WS 6 MONTHS FREE - WHICH IS A JOKE. I LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AS A RESULT. ON TOP OF IT ALL - THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT. NEVER AGAIN.

Working really well so far. The real test will be Black Friday to Cyber Monday sale. However, I am confident it will deliver the goods.

Unless you have a TON of time do NOT update this app from an earlier version. I would recommend waiting until forced (cross your fingers it won't happen). They will offer a 'free' manual install if you have a customized theme but I don't know about you, but I don't want anyone messing with my theme code (which they don't have any experience with) with no oversight. Overall I'd lump this app in with the general bad IT practices that are far too common with the Shopify community, but that shouldn't give them a pass. UPDATE: I ended up letting them do the modifications on our store after they assured me that they knew what they are doing. Well, once they did the work (totally unannounced) our cart no longer worked (our customer service let me know) so I had to roll it all back. They also left a published test-product sitting around for purchase.

Downloaded this app for the free trial. Realized it is very easy to input the discounts. I like it and will continue to use this app.

This app is so complicated and repeated request to customer service were not answered. This was my first time buying it in full and it was a BIG MISTAKE.
There should be an onboarding call or someone to help if you are charging full price upfront.

We would love a refund- since it's apparent we never were able to even set up the first discount but our request for a refund was refused.
