5 support requests later, still no response

I tried removing the discount I had applied and it hasn't applied it to all my products even though the sync was complete. Tried to reach out to customer support as this needs fixing urgently but I'm out of hours - not good enough for an e-comm store. I have uninstalled the app but it has not fixed my problem.

Hey there - really sorry for the trouble you had. Wondering if maybe the products that didn't discount simply weren't selected? It should always discount all the products selected, but if you selected a product in a collection, or a by tag etc and maybe some products weren't included they were missed.

I removed and discounts still applied. I cant remove. And support NEVER RESPONDS

Something doesn't sound right, wondering if you maybe tried to remove the discounts another way and not through the app? The app discounts products through Shopify's API, and then when you turn off a sale it changes them back through the API. Sometimes we see merchants try to manually change prices back in Shopify rather than through the app. Wondering if maybe that happened.

SCAM! Do NOT install this app! There is no free version, and it will cause serious issues with your store. I'm struggling to fix the broken code. This type of app should not be allowed on Shopify.

Hi There - I'm very sorry for the trouble you had. The app shouldn't include any code in your shop, it only discounts prices. Wondering if maybe another app conflicted?

You are correct, the app isn't free, but there is a free trial. Apologies if that was confusing in the pricing. The free version listed is if it's installed in a Dev shop, or Shopify Sandbox test shop.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! Installed today and used the 'straight out of the box' discount creator. It has a very simple system in order to create the discount but when we turned it on, it applied the discount, sitewide TWICE. And it did so by changing the physical price on our shopify products (not just front end displayed price). We are losing hundreds of dollars by the minute and you can't reach any staff at all outside of the standard contact hours - no emergency help. You can't reverse their discounts, they have changed all of our pricing!!

Update: Let me explain to you I am not putting your app or allowing you permission to my store as I did research on your company and trusted your app. I set up the app set the sale to start at 12:01 am est on Black Friday. It took a long time to turn on all products after 45 min it was finally done. Worked great all day. Then a customer reaches out to me to let me know there is no sale on my website at 6pm est (6 Hours before the sale was set to end) So i looked into it and your app had already turned off the discount/sale I have set for 11:59pm est the same day. A few minutes later I received an order that should have charged the customer $36.99 and sold the item for $9.00. The regular or original price after your sale went off I have $9.00 in the store after researching I found several more. I don't use any other discount services so this was all on your app. Bever in 7 years have I ever had this happen.
Your app was working awesomely then 3/4 through the day on Black Friday it cancelled my ongoing sale for the day did not return all prices back to normal. Customer were paying 1/5 of the price is how I caught it. This is crazy.

Was great but now does not work for my timezone and resulted in advertised sales not starting at the scheduled times which was a complete disaster. Submitted support ticket by email and had no response.

I am so confused with the upgrade. I cant get the sale to tag onto the Wale page. The Discounts are not applying. I am so frustrated!

At first glance I thought it was a good app, however it conflicts with Shopify's own Google shopping app. It creates a double sale that has to be removed by Bold support. They were happy to rectify this until they identified that the cause of the problem is a conflict between the two apps, they have advised me that they will not continue to do so going forward. I have requested my money back however due to the fact I have had this product for 7 months they have declined and stated that they are unable to inform customers of incompatibility's. their app has even with Shopify's own apps. I will avoid using this company in the future.
