Works really well, lots of options and features to set up your service fees. Customer support is response and very helpful.
We needed to be able to charge our clients a credit card charge for purchases and this app delivers brilliantly. But that's only the start.
The support they give has gone above and beyond - they've fixed a few potential issues we saw arise due to our theme.
I recommend this plugin if you need to add an order or product fee to your shopify store.
This app allows us to add a mandatory processing fee. Works great and the staff is very responsive.

Support is excellent and highly responsive, but truly the app is a bit quirky. If you use a hidden fee that is % based, your customers may see an extremely high amount of products in their cart, which I think will really hurt conversions.
