Upcharge Surcharge Fees Tariff

The app stopped working for me (user error due to a theme update) and Zia from support was very helpful in getting it back up and running for me. It's very helpful being able to customize fees so thoroughly, especially with the headache of tariff fees being introduced. Very useful app and good customer support.

The team was extremely helpful when the app wasn’t working as intended and kindly provided a refund for the period when we experienced the issue. Everything is now working as it should for our store, and we’re very happy with the app!

We have had this app on our store for some time and while it always gave us a good service working around the Shopify shortcomings, at some point some fees would just not show anymore.
After talking to the support team found out that a new system was in place, cleaner, more effective and it was just a matter of creating the fees again.

I absolutely love the Upcharge App. I’ve been using it for over 6 years now and its allowed me to open up a new channel of sales by offering a rush service option for my products. Not only have I been able to earn extra income, the team (shout out to the Devs and Javid) have been so incredible and open to new features and listened to all my feedback. Recently they sent out an email asking if there was anything I could think of that they could do and improve on. Not only did they listen to my idea, the devs were like ninjas and installed it on my site!! And they are so fast, they finished it in less than 24 hours. I went to check the code myself and the documentation and instruction in the code was next level. Very through, explained how it worked and what it could and could not do. They are the best, you will not regret installing this on your store. If you have questions just reach out to them, they are true gems.

Great app for managing fees. The setup was straightforward, and it integrates seamlessly with our store. It provides the flexibility we needed and works reliably without affecting the customer experience. The support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions.

There was a coding issue when I set up the Upcharge App. But Javid was great at fixing it and got us up and running super quick!

Excellent customer service. We had an issue in the coding that the app was not making a fee show up correctly in the cart. Javid and the team found the issue, sent me the custom CSS, and guided me where it needed placed and solved our issue. I wish more companies would have the kind of service that was provided to us like UC Lab LLC.
